Brian Nicol managed to get out of the pool but drowned, according to an autopsy. Mr Nicol was staying at a villa complex in the upmarket resort at Nueva Andalucia, near the famous millionaires’ Puerto Banus yacht harbour, in Marbella on the Costa Del Sol.
